In this vast universe of online gaming, the competition is heated. Will you claim the victory cup or will you fall into the depths of desperation. Or is there another path somewhere?
Perhaps, entering the game itself? :)
OPGCB is an elimination based chorus battle with three rounds whereas each round features their own unique theme. When a round ends, team's will be eliminated based on the amount of points earned in their entry. This is "gameover". However, teams that manage to earn more points than others will be "levelling up" to the next round!! This CB occurs over the span of a total of 365 days. All rounds will last 3 months with 1 month for judging in between each round. There will be a 24 hour grace period with a 2 point penalty after every passing hour from the deadline of each round. Extensions will not be given under any circumstances as we feel we did our best to make this CB as maso-free as possible.
Rules & Guidlines
1. Teams are able to have a minimum of 1 member and a maximum of 16 members. There is no cap for the amount of members on your team choosing to be vocalist nor staff. Non-human / vocaloid members are not permitted.
2. It is not permitted for anyone to harass, discourage nor show negative sportsmanship towards members of their team or other teams. This will not be tolerated and will lead to an automatic disqualification.
3. You must select a team leader within your team that we can contact. If your leader goes missing without notice, please re-elect a new leader and inform us of the change.
4. You are allowed to make any changes to your roster during the registration and round 1 period. However from the end of round 1 and onwards, you must use a swap pass.
5. Please make sure to inform us of all roster changes. If not, your team is likely to have point deductions and possibly a penalty.
6. You may join up to 2 teams but you can only be a vocalist in one of them.
1. Entries must go for at least a minute and 6 minutes at most. Anything in between is okay.
2. Songs can be in any language you'd like but an english translation must be provided. You are also permitted to use soundtracks from games and write your own lyrics to them.
3. Please make sure to include the credits and links of the original song in your entry description.
4. If your entry gets blocked then please let us know and provide us with an alternate link/s.
5. You may ask others to render your video but you must remember to give them credit for it. If you have rendering issues then please provide us with a screenshot.
6. Your entry description must include:
